Objectives: - Enhance Cybersecurity Awareness by developing and sharing materials on cybersecurity best practices tailored for educators. - Facilitate Knowledge Exchange by conducting focus groups and surveys to gather insights on cybersecurity challenges and strategies. - Document Best Practices by compiling lessons learned into a working book for educators. - Exchange Best Practices by strengthening collaboration between organizations to improve adult education at a European level.
▶Activities
We will implement the following activities: -Kick-off Meeting to align partners and finalize the project plan. -Focus Groups and Surveys with 60 educators and 300 respondents to assess cybersecurity knowledge. -Best Practices Collection by gathering 10 examples from private companies. -"TecnoGuard Academy" Training Course for 24 participants. -Development of the Working Book. -Multiplier Event in Poznań and Berlin to showcase results.
▶Impact
Our project aims to achieve five key results: 1.Enhanced cybersecurity awareness and digital skills among adult educators and trainers. 2.The creation and wide dissemination of the Working Book "TecnoGuard Academy", serving as a core educational resource. 3. Improved data protection practices for those working with vulnerable groups. 4. Stronger collaboration between ARKTIC and Logos Polska. 5. Long-term impact through ongoing knowledge exchange in educational networks.
