- Increase knowledge of fake news + disinformation among adults - Enhance digital and media literacy skills among adults, enabling them to build on their own critical thinking capacity, needed to foster civic engagement in the digital age - Teach adult learners the traditional ways + values of longer format, printed media + storytelling with journalism + podcasting courses - Facilitate a European exchange between adult educators + organisations through community based lifelong learning in media

- A1 Management, coordination and dissemination (Refuge) - A2 Mobility of 6 trainers in Germany and Italy (two trainers per partner for two mobilities) - A3 Training sessions on digital and media literacy with 90 adult learners from disadvantaged communities to teach them storytelling, journalism and podcasting in Germany and Italy - A4 Creation of podcasts and zines (three new e-zines and three podcasts) and three on-line networking events in Germany and Italy)

The main project results will be: - Improved media literacy and enhanced critical thinking skills in adult learners to detect fake news and disinformation - New skills in storytelling, journalism and podcasting among adult learners - Two transnational partner meetings, one in Germany and one in Italy - Two mobilities in Germany and Italy - Three training sessions in Germany and Italy with adult learners - Three zines + three podcasts produced - Three online networking events in Germany and Italy
