The project promotes lifelong learning and upskilling pathways, encouraging career mobility and ensuring participants are better equipped to navigate the evolving job market.

Activities

The CrossRoads Project will implement key activities to support adults over 45 in career transitions. This includes developing two guides: Systemic Pathways to Career Renewal and Empowering Career Transitions, providing practical and emotional support. Local workshops in Greece, Germany, and Cyprus will offer skill-building and career planning. Additionally, dissemination efforts will engage stakeholders and ensure the project’s impact is widespread through online and offline channels.

Impact
