▶Objectives
‘Living Borders’ project aims to develop innovative practices for environmental awareness and social inclusion in Germany and Poland. By engaging adult educators, people with migrant background, community leaders, the project focuses on creating sustainable, scalable methods, connecting body and ecological consciousness through movement practices, explores the interplay of bodies, land, and borders, and contributes to the understanding of ecological and geopolitical changing landscapes.
▶Activities
Key activities of ‘Living Borders’ project include expert-guided online meetings, in-person laboratories for more than 50 people, and the development of eco-somatic practices in both urban and rural settings. The focus is brought on the notion of BORDER, from the land, from our body membranes or non visible boundaries. We will create a digital toolbox with eco-somatic exercises, case studies, adaptation strategies, which will be disseminated via workshops, digital platforms and festivals.

1. 30-40 new eco-somatic practices exploring the relationship between body, land, and borders. 2. Increased inclusion and diversity through active participation of migrant communities and rural educators. 3. Enhanced sustainability competences for adult educators integrating embodied ecological awareness. 4. A digital toolbox with methodologies, case studies, and eco-somatic exercises. 5. Broad dissemination and impact through workshops, festivals, and online resources.
