▶Objectives
The project aims to reduce food waste through education, by developing 12 digital learning modules on food safety, storage, and sustainable preservation. These modules will empower individuals to adopt more informed decisions and to minimize waste. By analyzing needs, collecting best practices, and tailoring content to four learner profiles, the project seeks to raise awareness, drive behavioral change, and foster long-term engagement in sustainable food management.
▶Activities
The project consists of three main activities, starting with the collaboration on the development of 12 digital learning modules to combat food waste. This is followed by the training of multipliers who will form a small community and promote the use of the modules. Finally, three networking events will be organized to facilitate exchange between educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders for the sustainable dissemination of the results of the project.
▶Impact
The project will concretely help engaged adults in their everyday lives by providing practical solutions to reduce food waste through digital learning modules. A community of 30 multipliers will be trained, and three networking events will bring together various stakeholders from different sectors. The close collaboration between the project’s partners will be strengthened.
