▶Objectives
The project aims to professionalize and raise awareness among all participants and organizations involved. Educators, counselors, and trainers can discuss their questions and concerns about AI with experts, while professionals from research, business, and politics will learn methods from mindfulness, experiential learning, and coaching. The project also seeks to foster discussions on AI’s role in education and advisory work, strengthening resilience and capacities in partner organizations.
▶Activities
Through exchanges between AI experts and professionals from education and counseling, the project facilitates mutual learning. A key element is a series of in-person and virtual meetings where participants share perspectives and knowledge and reflect on their experiences. The final transnational partner meeting includes a symposium and the finalization of a position paper, summarizing key insights. This document will be translated and shared within the organizations’ networks.
▶Impact
The project will result in greater professionalization and confidence in using AI in education and advisory work, as well as a nuanced understanding of where AI can enhance their work and where caution is needed. The position paper can be a guide for the partner organizations and stakeholders, helping them navigate AI integration in their fields. By promoting informed decision-making and exchange, the project will strengthen institutions’ digital readiness and their ability to support learners.
