โถObjectives
We aim to transform adult education into a proactive force for resilience in crisis. We want to empower educators with skills, knowledge, and resources to support marginalized groups in facing ecological, humanitarian, and conflict-related crises, creating more resilient and inclusive communities across Europe. Adult Education centers, based off of their access and relationship with local communities have an important role to play in support amidst crisis.
โถActivities
We'll implement: staff exchanges (Germany, Poland), co-create a "Resilience Toolkit" series of training activities develop a "Casebook of Resilient Adult Education Practices," test outputs via local pilot programs, and host a final conference. These activities focus on building capacity, developing tools, and fostering collaboration.
โถImpact
We expect: enhanced educator capacity, a practical training program, an open-access Casebook, a European network of adult educators, and policy change advocacy, leading to more resilient communities that are able to cope with crises and promote social inclusion and wellbeing.
