▶Objectives
Our goal is to provide participants with essential digital and tech leadership skills needed to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. The project aims to empower participants with advanced knowledge in emerging technologies, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster collaboration across Europe. By offering project-based training and networking opportunities, the our project aims to inspire innovation and equip participants to lead successful digital transformation.
▶Activities
We will implement a 6-month online training program and a one-day in-person summit in Berlin to equip professionals with digital and tech leadership skills. The program will provide interactive modules, expert-led webinars, and hands-on projects, focusing on key technologies and leadership strategies. The summit will feature networking opportunities and workshops, enabling participants to gain practical insights, share experiences, and expand their professional networks in the digital field
▶Impact
The project will build a strong network of digital professionals, increase digital transformation, and reach 10,000+ people via Erasmus+ platforms, key networks, and social media. We will train at least 50 professionals through our online program and engage at least 100 participants at the in-person summit in Berlin. We aim to enhance participants' tech leadership skills, foster cross-border collaboration, and facilitate practical knowledge transfer, supporting Europe's digital innovation.
