Objectives

The project aims to modernize VET in hospitality and tourism by adapting knowledge knowhow, integrating in digital learning with digital credentials, by transnational collaboration. A key focus is the adaptation of existing course materials from a project partner by high-level knowledge transfer in industry-specific contexts to different regional environments. The project aligns training programs with labor market needs, enhances digital readiness and promotes sustainable hospitality practices.

Activities

The project will analyze and adapt existing training content, ensuring its relevance for different regional & local markets, assess industry needs, testing and refining the adapted curricula, and organizing project-specific training sessions and workshops. A digital LMS will be implemented. The project team ensure high-quality implementation through adapted high valued training materials, a structured project management, a quality assurance system and a wide spectre of dissemination activities.

Impact

The project improved sustainability skills in tourism and hospitality industry and digital credentials for learners. By adapting of existing high valued training materials, learners and professionals will receive new and regionally tailored content, increasing their employability and industry relevance. The project bridge existing gaps between transnational level and regional needs in vocational and further education and illustate a practical way for solving this challenge.
