The goal is to integrate digital and sustainable skills into vocational training, increasing learners' employability and their environmental awareness. We aim to create innovative online modules, facilitate access for disadvantaged students, and provide a ready-to-use toolkit for VET institutions, building a bridge between the labor market and education while promoting inclusive teaching practices.

We will organize local workshops to test the modules, transnational meetings to coordinate actions, and workshops to share best practices. We will develop a replicable toolkit, translating the content into multiple languages to maximize access. The courses will be uploaded to an e-learning platform, validating their effectiveness through continuous feedback. Finally, we will hold a final event to promote dissemination and consolidate the results achieved.

We expect ready-to-use training modules that integrate digital skills, sustainability, and entrepreneurial spirit, making learners more competitive. Teachers will acquire innovative methods, VET institutions will have a replicable toolkit to expand adoption, while stakeholders and businesses will find better-prepared future workers. Finally, the project will strengthen networks and synergies, ensuring a lasting impact beyond its formal conclusion.
