Objectives

The Project Aims: To provide a space for educators to navigate digital transformation and actively shape AI integration in teaching. To equip VET educators with AI literacy and digital skills for confident AI adoption in training. To develop reusable AI training modules and a publication for wider use in VET sector. To disseminate findings to local stakeholders through workshops and outreach activities. To raise capacities of newcomer organisations through transnational collaboration.

Activities

Needs Assessment & Case Studies – Identify AI training needs through research and educator input. Training Course & Mobility – Train SPA educators in AI integration through a structured program in Cyprus. Development of AI Training Modules – Create and refine educational materials based on feedback. Publication of Training Materials – Produce a visually engaging guide for wider VET adoption. Dissemination & Integration – Implement AI training at SPA and share findings with stakeholders.

Impact

Strengthened collaboration between partners, fostering long-term cooperation between the VET service provider, VET centre, and an NGO. AI training modules and a published guide, providing practical, reusable resources for educators and teacher to integrate AI into teaching. Increased digital capacity of SPA educators, enabling them to lead AI adoption in vocational training.
