Objectives

WINGS+ aims at overcoming the barriers based on age and gender as intersectorial factors of discrimination, contributing to the inclusion of 550 women +65 in DE, IT, TR, SI, TR. Creating and developing tools based on the European cooperation to involve, selfempower, equip them of skills on digital, green, grassroots sport and volunteering activities in community based learning and participation environments, it aims at favoring their participation to the European society’s opportunities

Activities

The activites are: project management, best practices collection, staff international comparison, creating and developing tools to engage, empower, increase the skills, guide to volunteering 550 women over 65; implementing guidance, group learning paths, internships for 125 involving the associations, and LTTAs for 50, delivering certifications. Assessment and evaluation are planned during their paths, implementation and dissemination of results: digital educational tools, handbook, video.

Impact

They’re: - Eu cooperation increased - Methodology against gender ageism created, 20 trainers upskilled - Guidance and learning program to empower women +65 developed - 550 women +65 successfully partecipated to learning in DE, IT, TR, SI, PL - Created community based learning environments, carier paths with over100 associations - Certifications delivered to 550 women+65, including 50 Europass - Produced a kit of OER, video, handbook as guidelines - Results shared and promoted to over1500 people.
