TechHER aims to empower women entrepreneurs by equipping them with digital skills, innovative tools, and entrepreneurial knowledge to thrive in competitive markets. The project will provide training in digital marketing, branding, and technologies like VR and blockchain. It will also create a mentorship platform to connect women with mentors and resources. Through these efforts, TechHER will promote gender equality, boost inclusivity, and support sustainable business growth across Europe.

Main Activities - Organize TPMs for coordination and monitoring - Develop training materials, toolkits, and guides - Conduct workshops on digital marketing, VR, and blockchain - Pilot test training modules and gather feedback - Launch and maintain the mentorship platform - Publish dissemination materials such as blogs, podcasts, and newsletters - Host networking events and the final conference - Create a digital archive for project resources and tools
