DigiProof aims to establish a network of trained coaches by empowering parents and educators with skills to address digital addiction among young people. It will develop innovative learning resources and a digital platform, train adults through structured peer circles, strengthen coaching skills, and promote digital literacy through targeted dissemination. The project will enable adults to guide children in managing digital habits, developing resilience, and fostering balanced digital lifestyles
