โ–ถObjectives

AI4HER aspires to bolster chosen VET by strengthening gender inclusivity through including AI in vocational education. It will develop a gender-inclusive AI curriculum aligned with the EQF, implement a blended learning approach to facilitate frontal and online learning, and craft scenario-based modules in an AI Lab to enrich women's digital and AI skills. This approach will bridge the gender gap in AI, aligning with E+ priorities of innovation, labour market responsiveness and diversity.

โ–ถActivities

AI4HER will: โ— Develop and deliver a gender-inclusive AI curriculum via methodologies and an online toolkit with materials, quests and scenario-based applications as part of the AI Lab โ— Conduct professional development for VET professionals and develop a methodology handbook โ— Integrate AI-focused content into educational institutions

โ–ถImpact

By producing a Methodological Handbook, Online Toolkits and AI LAB, we expect to witness increased enrolment of women in AI VET programs. In addition, we hope to witness improved teaching methodologies by skilfully using AI, and updated, inclusive AI curricula across participating organizations, promoting diversity in the tech sector.
