The TAKE5 objectives are to: - motivate and inspire young VET learners to engage with VET through interaction with specially constructed embedded-learning challenge-based resources - build basic skills essential for integration into the workforce and future vocational success - build the self-confidence and self-esteem of VET learners and support them in how to learn and study - equip VET educators with robust digital pedagogy and new learning didactics to support digital and online learning
▶Activities
TAKE5 will implement a compendium of 100 x 5min digital challenges with 420 VET learners through local skill sprint workshops, deliver a new in-service training to 70 VET educators on digital pedagogy and retrieval practice, organise a transnational training event in Spain, and create a Digital Badge Framework for skills validation at EQF 3 & 4. Robust dissemination and sustainability activities will ensure long-term impact by integrating the TAKE5 results into VET institutions across Europe.

The TAKE5 project will deliver the following results: - Digital Badge Framework of 10 key competences at EQF level 4 & 5 - Compendium of 100 five-minute digital challenges to build basic & transversal skills of VET learners - In-service training for VET teachers on challenge-based learning and retrieval practice - Transnational and national pilots for 70 VET educators and trainers - 420 VET learners supported through challenge-based Skill Sprints - 7 'Every Skill Counts' Multiplier Events
