Time4Clay&Lime promotes sustainable construction methods in the painting trade through innovative training programs, leading to a model qualification at EQF level 5. It facilitates knowledge transfer, strengthens green skills, and establishes future-oriented micro-credentials. Beyond the painting trade, the project contributes to the ecological transformation of the construction and renovation sector by promoting sustainable materials and reducing the carbon footprint in the building industry.

The project consists of six work packages: 1) Project management (coordination and steering), 2) Assessment (analysis of existing training programs), 3) Development of innovative training programs and micro-credentials, 4) Pilot implementation of an EQF level 5 qualification, 5) Public relations and network building, and 6) Quality management and evaluation. Learning materials, digital modules, and pilot courses will be developed in collaboration with European partners.

Time4Clay&Lime develops new green training modules for the painting trade, which will be recognized as micro-credentials. The project leads to an EQF level 5 certified qualification, promotes knowledge transfer on sustainable materials, and strengthens European collaboration in the trade sector. In the long term, it increases the attractiveness of vocational education and integrates ecological building materials into modern training standards.
