โ–ถObjectives

ECO-merce empowers agri-food actors to leverage sustainability as a market advantage in e-commerce by aligning consumer values, digital skills, and sustainable business practices. By integrating sustainable marketing into VET and industry training, it bridges the gap between consumer expectations and capabilities. Through a value-driven skills framework, digital training, and strategic roadmaps, the project fosters transparent, engaging and value-driven e-commerce practices.

โ–ถActivities

ECO-merce will conduct a skills needs analysis and consumer persona mapping to identify sustainable marketing gaps. Based on this, we will develop competency-based training modules and launch the ECO-merce Academy, an interactive online learning platform. A Train-the-Trainer program will equip educators, followed by co-creation workshops where agri-food actors develop personalized marketing roadmaps. Finally, targeted dissemination, synergy workshops, and a final conference will maximize impact.

โ–ถImpact

ECO-merce will deliver a sustainable marketing skills framework, a value map, 5 training modules in the ECO-merce Academy platform. A Train-the-Trainer guideline will support educators, while co-created roadmaps will provide agri-food actors with actionable marketing strategies. An expert validation report and case studies will ensure relevance. Dissemination efforts, including synergy workshops and a final conference, will drive long-term adoption and sector-wide engagement.
