▶Objectives
The project "Strong Values, Strong Future: Olympic Basic Competencies" aims to develop practical materials that support teachers in fostering social-emotional basic competencies and intercultural skills through international cooperation and innovative approaches such as genetic learning, a sports pedagogical method, and digital methods. These materials will be sustainably integrated into teacher education and school development through training sessions and cross-phase implementation.
▶Activities
The blended mobility project includes a coordinator meeting (Tallinn) and in-person (Handewitt) and online training on the sports pedagogical method of genetic learning. Students will design and implement an Olympic tournament (Athens) with self-created sports activities. A digital OER platform will be developed with tested training materials. Reflection meetings will be held to evaluate results and refine methods.

1. Strengthening teachers' competencies in innovative teaching methods to foster social-emotional skills. 2. Developing a modular digital infrastructure as an Open Education Resource (OER). 3. Organizing a student-led Olympic tournament to enhance teamwork, responsibility, and intercultural awareness. 4. Integrating project outcomes into teacher training. 5.
