The FOCUS SHIFT project aims to combat digital addiction and improve students' attention spans by promoting mindful technology use and cognitive resilience. Through research, innovative teaching strategies, and student engagement, the project will equip students and educators with practical tools to manage screen time and enhance focus. By fostering international collaboration, it will create lasting educational impact across Europe.

Activities

The FOCUS SHIFT project will implement interactive workshops, classroom trials, digital detox challenges, and expert-led seminars to help students and educators understand and manage digital addiction. Activities will include mindfulness training, gamified focus techniques, and media literacy sessions, ensuring practical, research-backed solutions. International collaboration will enhance impact, making strategies adaptable across Europe.
