The project aims to increase the number of individuals conscious about Gender Equality and sensitive to gender-based violence and to break gender stereotypes and to support individuals to cope with gender-based violence, to participate equally in production, to have easy access to employment and to receive an equal share of economic income. The project encourages having inclusive, healthy and violence-free living and educational spaces and to contribute to sustainable social change.

The project includes interactive, creative and innovative activities such as presentations, workshops, discussions, brainstorming, drama, role playing, Q&A sessions. Creating written and digital educational materials, face-to-face and online meetings, seminars, panels and workshops, surveys, awareness tests, exhibitions, expert invitations, interviews from different sectors, collaboration with local institutions, social media interactions and web page sharings and cultural trips are also used.

The project aims to increase awareness of Gender Equality and sensitivity to gender-based violence by 50% through tests and surveys, and to obtain 18 individuals who have broken gender stereotypes and coped with gender-based violence, who know how to participate equally in production, easily access employment and receive equal shares of economic income. The project will also achieve to have inclusive, healthy and violence-free living and education areas and sustainable social change results.
