To establish and expand OYW, especially as an actor in democratic education, to countries with less developed OYW and EU-level

Activities include: - International events + workshops - Investigation + evaluation of framework conditions under which OYW takes place in different countries - International professional exchange on characteristics + principles of OYW in Europe and on the practice of non-formal/informal democratic education in OYW - Transnational job shadowing processes - Campaign planning + implementation - Designing + disseminating a campaign media product - Developing strategies for spreading OYW in Europe

1. A European results paper that reflects a common understanding of professional OYW + serves as basis for political recommendations + strategic further development, in several languages 2. A manual for the practice of non- and informal democratic education in OYW, in several languages 3. The realisation of the campaign 'European Day of Open Youth Work' in 2027 + thereafter 4. A media product for the campaign 5. Expanding OYW to other countries + networking for OYW at the EU-level
