1. Create inclusive collaborative opportunities to share and transfer knowledge and practice enhancing equity, between disabled and non-disabled composers and performers 2. Raise awareness of and advocate for inclusive music practice and education to improve conditions for disabled composers and musicians 3. Understand the different structures, support and challenges currently experienced by disabled composers and musicians in the Nordic and Baltics 4. Establish a pan Nordic/ Baltic network
