The VCDS key activities: Conduct workshops with employees, experts, and older individuals to gather insights for developing training materials and service models. Recruit and train 10-15 volunteers per partner country to enhance their teaching methods for older persons. Deploy volunteers to assist older persons in each country, collecting knowledge and best practices from their experiences. Create a shareable toolbox of educational materials and best practices for EU organization
