The project contributes to innovation in vocational education and training and at the same time works to create better inclusion and diversity among the students. The idea is to create an environment in schools with more space for diversity and recognition of the value created by listening to those who have different skills and perspectives. At the same time, tools are implemented that better equip students to create their own future in the labour market through innovation and entrepreneurship.

The schools implement a concept where students in vocational education and training work together in groups to create a business. The students go through processes consisting of themes which are basic for entrepreneurship, and they work with upcycling of second hand goods as raw material. The project demonstrates the value of diversity by bringing the variety of competences among the students into action and recognition. The concept will be used in several contexts, based on diversity.

Finishing the project, the schools have developed a concept and a catalogue of teaching materials and assignments that can be used for teaching courses with entrepreneurship as a theme, and where the participants have different profiles, cultures and prerequisites. The project will increase understanding of value of interdisciplinarity and diversity at organizational level, strengthen international capacity and contribute to concretize the international strategy.
