โถObjectives
The DIMODI project empowers SME teams working in virtual and remote environments. It addresses the challenges caused by various 'distance dimensions' that can hinder collaboration and lead to workplace exclusion during the digital transition. The key outcomes will be an online feedback tool to pinpoint these challenges and targeted micro-credential courses designed to provide flexible, learner-centred solutions to bridge these distances and foster effective remote collaboration skills.
โถActivities
The DIMODI project begins by developing a robust distance dimension model, informed by current research and a collaborative process with practice partners experienced in virtual and remote work environments. Using this model as a foundation, the project will create an online feedback tool and accompanying micro-credential courses. European SME teams that rely on virtual and remote collaboration will test these resources, ensuring that the tools and courses directly address real-world needs.
