Objectives

Virtual Production Studio Networks 2.0 aims to advance Virtual Production education by offering accessible, industry-focused, and sustainable training for students and educators. Building on its first iteration, the project enhances training efficiency, strengthens soft skills, integrates green VP practices, fosters experimentation, artistic creativity, and incorporates cutting-edge AI tools. By expanding partnerships and research, VPSN 2.0 strives to become Europe’s leading VP knowledge hub.

Activities

VPSN 2.0 strives to deepen partnerships in Creative Digital Education and Industry for Virtual Production (VP). Engaging in thorough market research, analyses, and curated VP workshops, the project will develop professional teaching materials, guidelines, recommendations, and publications to share the latest VP knowledge. The team also envisions expanding an online community, fostering ongoing knowledge exchange, and disseminating insights at pertinent EU seminars, conferences, and events.

Impact

The outcomes will deepen the understanding of Virtual Production’s impact, further equipping HEIs with essential competencies to navigate the evolving landscape. The project will enhance a collaborative skills network for VP skills network, fostering teamwork, innovation, and creativity. Aligned with the EU priorities in digital readiness, resilience, and sustainability, it aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring students are well-prepared for the workforce.
