▶Objectives
BetterFit project aims to bridge the gap between vocational education and labor market needs by equipping VET students with five key transversal skills: Innovation Management, Agile Methodology, Artificial Intelligence, Global Cultural Effectiveness, and Collaborative Intelligence. BetterFit seeks to enhance employability, reduce skill mismatches, and prepare a future-ready workforce through innovative, labour market-aligned training resources using pragmatic pedagogy approach.
▶Activities
BetterFit will conduct a comparative analysis of NQFs in 5 countries to develop a training curriculum design in alignment with ECVET, which will support creation of and pilot Global Employability Master Skills training modules. We will develop animated video kits, and a VET Educator Handbook, all available as OER in six languages. Activities include transnational meetings, VET educators capacity-building training, a stakeholder conference and 5 national multiplier events to disseminate results.
▶Impact
BetterFit will deliver a Training Curriculum aligned with ECVET, a set of 36 animated videos, Global Employability Master Skills training and a VET Educator Handbook. The multilingual resources in English, Danish, German, Croatian, Slovenian and Italian will enhance transversal skills for improving employability, foster European transferability, ensuring long-term impact through a sustainability plan, ensuring continued use of resources beyond the project's duration.
