Objectives

The primary objective of the project is to enhance career guidance skills for VET technology education teachers, enabling them to better support students in identifying and pursuing career paths in STEM and technology-related fields. This will be achieved through the development of practical tools, such as a career guidance handbook, and comprehensive training programs that empower teachers to effectively guide students towards future career opportunities.

Activities

We will implement the following activities: Development of the Career Guidance Handbook for VET technology teachers. Piloting the Handbook in VET schools across partner countries. Training Workshops for VET teachers to implement the handbook. Dissemination of Results through social media, workshops, and an international webinar. Project Management and Evaluation to ensure smooth execution and quality of all activities

Impact

We expect the following results: A practical Career Guidance Handbook for VET technology teachers. Improved career guidance skills among VET teachers. Broader adoption of the handbook in VET schools across Europe. Enhanced alignment between VET education and labor market needs.
