โถObjectives
The project aims to empower women and gender-diverse professionals in the audiovisual sector by providing them with entrepreneurial skills, professional networks, and leadership opportunities. Despite progress in gender inclusion, women remain significantly underrepresented in technical and leadership roles in film and television. The project will identify barriers, address skill gaps, and create structured vocational training to help participants navigate the industry more effectively.
