Objectives

The Digi-HealthPro project aims to equip behavioral health professionals (BHPs) with essential digital health competencies to integrate telehealth, eHealth, and mHealth into clinical care. By developing an interdisciplinary training framework, the project enhances patient accessibility, ensures ethical and secure digital practices, and fosters policy integration. It bridges the digital skills gap in behavioral healthcare, improving service quality and professional readiness across Europe.

Activities

The Digi-HealthPro project aims to upskill at least 150 behavioral health professionals in digital health competencies, enhancing their ability to integrate telehealth, eHealth, and mHealth into clinical practice. We expect 50+ healthcare organizations and training providers to adopt the developed framework. By project completion, digital training materials will be accessed by over 1,000 users, with an estimated 10% monthly growth in engagement, ensuring long-term sustainability.

Impact

The Digi-HealthPro project will: Identify digital health competency gaps through a structured needs assessment. Develop a certified training framework to enhance digital skills in behavioral healthcare. Train 150+ professionals via pilot programs, ensuring practical application. Launch an open-access e-learning platform for long-term skill-building. Establish certification & policy recommendations to drive adoption in 50+ organizations, ensuring sustainability beyond the project’s duration.
