โ–ถObjectives

WIND aims to foster inclusive education through wellbeing, by equipping 15 social innovators with resilience-building strategies, trauma-awareness tools, and ecological belonging practices. Through a blended learning journey, including digital training and in-person retreat, we will foster peer support, digital competencies, and systemic change. The project will also lay the foundation for a long-term Community of Practice.

โ–ถActivities

Project WIND includes four key activities: (1) program design and participant recruitment, integrating wellbeing methodologies and digital tools; (2) piloting the online wellbeing training, including 10 digital wellbeing sessions and online resources; (3) a retreat focused on ecological belonging as a core element for wellbeing; and (4) digital promotion activities, featuring a visual thinking webinar series and outreach campaigns.

โ–ถImpact

The WIND project will upskill 6 facilitators and equip 15 education social innovators with wellbeing and digital competencies, leading to a 25% increase in resilience, and 70% integration of new tools. It will enable a support peer network with 65% of participants intending to maintain connection and build collaborations. It will also deliver a digital awareness campaign reaching +3000 people, focused on wellbeing for inclusive education.
