Objectives

The TASTE project aims to preserve and promote traditional gastronomic heritage as a means for exchanging knowledge in sustainability, new technologies, and traditional cuisine. Through accessible workshops, the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities will be fostered, strengthening international cooperation. Additionally, digitalization and sustainability will be promoted, ensuring access to traditional gastronomy through accessible resources and responsible practices.

Activities

Key Activities: - Project management: Coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of project development. - Sustainability workshop: Participants will explore the environmental impact of food production and consumption. - New technologies workshop: Providing accessible digital tools for communication. - Traditional cooking workshop: Promoting inclusion and intergenerational learning through gastronomy. - Communication and dissemination of results.

Impact

The TASTE project will promote the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through gastronomy. Accessible resources will be created, such as an easy-to-read recipe book and inclusive audiovisual content. Participants will develop skills in sustainability, new technologies, and traditional cooking, fostering their autonomy. International cooperation networks will be strengthened, and a digital dissemination strategy and local events will be implemented to ensure its impact.
