▶Objectives
This project aims to train 140 young adults from Spain, Italy, Poland and North Macedonia as Equality Agents to promote inclusive work environments. It will offer theoretical and practical training on equality in the workplace, foster critical thinking and leadership, and provide tools to implement equality strategies. It will also create an international network of Equality Agents to ensure sustainability.
▶Activities
The project will be divided into three main activities: 1. Project Design and Preparation: Coordination meetings will be held, roles and responsibilities will be defined, the training program will be developed and participants will be selected. 2. Training Program for Equality Agents: It includes three modules, with online sessions, interactive exercises and international mobility. 3. Dissemination and Implementation of Results: Final report, training guide, web, networks and EPALE.
▶Impact
The project seeks to improve employability and access to job opportunities, strengthening social leadership and the critical capacity of participants to identify labor inequalities. It will foster inclusive work environments, providing tools to resolve conflicts and reduce labor vulnerability. It will promote the implementation of equality strategies and consolidate a professional network through an interactive platform, ensuring the sustainability of the community.
