FemEntrepreneur aims to enhance entrepreneurial skills in women 40+, create a supportive community, and provide access to comprehensive training. We seek to shift mindsets, empower women to start their own ventures, and foster innovation. Our goal is to build confidence, facilitate mentorship, and drive successful business launches, promoting gender equality and a supportive ecosystem for female entrepreneurs.

Project Planning: Manage activities through detailed planning, financial oversight, and risk management Needs Assessment: Use focus groups, surveys and data collection to identify challenges faced by women 40+ Training Materials: Develop modules on business planning, finance, digital skills and leadership Capacity Building: Host workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs; facilitate peer learning Dissemination: Create a website, online platform and organize multiplier events for networking

We anticipate improved entrepreneurial skills, increased confidence, and expanded networks for women aged 40+. The project will help participants create viable business plans, access mentorship, and foster innovation. Expected results include successful business launches, a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem, and a cultural shift towards greater support for women in business, advancing gender equality and economic growth.
