Objectives

Three schools—CEIP Claudio Moyano (Spain), Agrupamento de Escolas da Sé (Portugal), and Šiaulių Jovaro Progimnazija (Lithuania)—collaborate on Play your way to health, a project promoting inclusive, healthy habits. Based on surveys, it addresses physical activity, nutrition, and emotional well-being. It fosters key competencies, intercultural exchange, and innovative education. Expected outcomes include increased awareness, improved skills, and digital and manual productions for dissemination.

Activities

LTTA1 in PT explores nature’s healing power, climate change, and mindfulness, ensuring inclusion for diverse students. LTTA2, a virtual event from LIT, promotes meditation, physical activity, and healthy choices. LTTA3 in LIT integrates traditional games, music, dance, and mental health. LTTA4, a virtual event from PT, addresses nutrition, obesity, hygiene, and balanced diets. LTTA5 in SP highlights the Mediterranean diet and inclusive healthy eating habits for diverse urban communities.

Impact

The project enhances critical thinking, problem-solving, cooperation, empathy, and creativity through active learning while promoting healthy, sustainable lifestyles and inclusion. It also aims to improve students' communication skills in English and their digital competence. Expected results include brochures, guides, an interactive website, an eTwinning space, Europass recognition, certificates, five reports on each mobility, and a final summary, fostering lasting awareness and healthy habits
