The project aims to create positive learning environments that promote mental,emotional and physical well-being among students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.It seeks to equip teachers and students with practical well-being strategies,foster inclusion and diversity,enhance digital literacy and build sustainable European partnerships to share cultural values and best practices, ensuring long-term impact across school communities.

The project will implement diverse activities, including student well-being survey,workshops in mixed-nationality teams and mindfulness sessions.Transnational mobilities will host student-led presentations and cultural exchanges.Digital resources such as handbook,brochure and journal will be developed.Seminars involving educators,parents and local communities will focus on stress management, healthy living and conscious technology use, ensuring widespread impact.

The project expects to achieve significant results, including improved mental,emotional and physical well-being among students and teachers.Key outcomes include a Best Practice Guide,Student Well-being Survey results and a Guidebook for Parents.Participants will gain enhanced digital literacy,stress management skills and cultural awareness.The project will foster sustainable European networks and integrate well-being practices into school strategies for lasting impact.
