We aim to promote inclusive education by equipping teachers and school leaders with innovative methodologies such as Universal Design for Learning and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. The project will develop training programs, digital resources, and leadership strategies to improve school transitions and create educational materials. This will enhance teacher competencies, student engagement, and accessibility, ensuring long-term impact and sustainability in inclusive education.

The project INEDAL will implement various activities, including training programs for teachers and school leaders on UDL, PBIS, transition and leadership strategies, the development of digital learning resources and an online platform, and short-term staff training sessions. It will also pilot inclusive methodologies in schools, organize transnational meetings for coordination, and host multiplier events to disseminate project outcomes and ensure sustainability.

The INEDAL project aims to achieve key results, including enhanced teacher competencies in inclusive education through UDL and PBIS training, improved student engagement and smoother school transitions, and the creation of a multilingual digital platform with educational resources. It will also foster stronger school leadership for inclusion, provide policy recommendations, and ensure the long-term sustainability of inclusive teaching practices across European schools.
