Objectives

The CTRL+ project aims to develop research leads, reference figures in their schools who sustain teacher inquiry communities that: -Integrate relevant academic research results into teaching interventions; -Collect, analyse and act on data from teaching, through cycles of peer observation and reflection; and -Systematise and share professional knowledge. The final goal is to foster continuous improvement in teaching skills, student outcomes and increased trust in teachers as professionals.

Activities

To achieve this, CTRL+ combines: -Face-to-face and online capacity building for Erasmus+ teams, supported by a Moodle course; -Development of guides, observation tools and systematised research engagement practices hosted on the website; -Multiplier training sessions and implementation of inquiry cycles with school staff; -Qualitative analysis of the impact of research leads and peer observation; -Networking and dissemination activities to raise awareness and increase uptake of results.
