Objectives

This project aims to improve teacher well-being and resilience by developing a Mental Health Digital Toolkit with strategies for stress management, communication, and emotional support. Through international collaboration, focus groups, and expert guidance, the project will create sustainable mental health resources for teachers, benefiting students, parents, and the broader education community while fostering stronger school environments and reducing burnout.

Activities

The project includes three key activities: Kick-off Meeting in Spain – Teachers collaborate to define the Mental Health Digital Toolkit framework and visit mental health institutions. Personal Meeting in Budapest – Focus groups with teachers, students, and parents test and refine the toolkit, followed by an international dissemination event. Finalization & Digital Development – Experts and IT professionals complete the toolkit’s digital platform and ensure its implementation in schools.

Impact

The project will produce a fully developed and tested Mental Health Digital Toolkit to support teacher well-being, stress management, and communication in schools. Teachers will gain practical strategies to reduce burnout, and students will benefit from improved classroom environments. The toolkit will be accessible to other schools, ensuring a long-term impact on teacher training, mental health awareness, and education policies across Europe.
