The project aims to improve care education and the professionalization of caregivers by creating an accessible, inclusive and high-quality training program, aligned with vocational education standards and labor market demands. By fostering intersectoral collaboration, the project will seek to strengthen cooperation between educational institutions, care providers and social assistance organizations.
