▶Objectives
The Wellbeing360 project aims to enhance the wellbeing of students and teachers in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Europe, in alignment with the New European Bauhaus (NEB) initiative to emphasize a holistic, human-centred approach. By implementing a holistic approach to mental, physical, and social wellbeing, the project seeks to create inclusive learning environments, improve mental health, and foster a culture of care within HEIs.
▶Activities
The Wellbeing360 project involves developing a Wellbeing Assessment App to consistently monitor wellbeing in Higher Education, conduct Co-design Workshops engaging the Higher Education community in crafting wellbeing actions, piloting wellbeing actions in real-world scenarios and measuring their impact. Additionally, the project includes the design and execution of workshops to empower the Higher Education community in addressing and monitoring wellbeing issues effectively.
▶Impact
Wellbeing360 aims to create a transformative impact by developing a Wellbeing Assessment App for monitoring higher education wellbeing. Co-design workshops will engage the community in crafting and piloting wellbeing actions, while educational workshops enhance stakeholder capacity. Other outcomes encompass enhanced wellbeing, heightened awareness, and improved capabilities in Higher Education, fostering lasting positive impacts on students, teachers, and the educational community.
