Objectives

This project aims to boost girls' interest in STEM and promote cultural and educational changes that normalise the presence of women in engineering. This will be achieved by collecting data, conducting research, generating reports, and developing sustainable resources and networks that continue to promote gender equality in STEM beyond the project’s duration. The consortium includes three universities, three secondary schools, one NGO, and one company from Spain, Italy, Lithuania, and Norway.
