Includes an 8-pillar guide, training materials, success stories and assessments 2. Pilot transformation in 20 EU VET centres, improving their pillars by 25% via VET Living Labs, training, and a Hybrid Summer School for staff and learners 3. An open platform for self-assessment, engaging 500+ learners, 50+ centres and and an Alumni Community of 100 experts

The activities are going to be a part of the following WPs: WP2: Self-assessment Tool for VET centres - Training and educational material development WP3: VET centre transformations - Piloting of the VET transformations along with a Hybrid VET Summer School to boost learner mobility among institutions WP4: VETInnovate Online platform - A web platform hosting materials from previous activities that will serve as a post-project sustainability measure

- 1 self-assessment tool with lectures (90-page booklet) and training materials for VET centre staff – 120 slides, 40 self-assessment statements, 6 success stories on VET excellence, 240 multiple-choice questions (30 for each Pillar) - 4 VET Living Labs with a Transformation Strategy (30 pages each) - 4 weeks of Hybrid Summer School, with 12 VET trainers and 40 VET learners (80h of learner and trainer effort) - 4 Pilot Transformation of 20 VET centres - An Alumni Community of 100 professionals
