Learning Brains seeks to fully use AI tools for the development of on-the-job training. It will provide a comprehensive training programme and a toolkit with practical resources inspired by successful good practices. The ultimate goal is to help companies implement AI-based on-the-job c-VET training to efficiently meet the demands and needs of their employees at the workplace.

Management, monitoring and Evaluation. Communication and dissemination. Identification of case studies and AI-trends applicable to on-the-job training in SMEs. Elaboration of a training itinerary and the Learning Brains Training Programme on the application of AI tools for on-the-job training. Design and creation of the Learning Brains Toolkit for the implementation of on-the-job training applying AI-based tools. Validation and piloting activities with experts, trainers and companies.
