▶Objectives
The Net Zero Hero project aims to attract more women to VET programmes in the green tech sector through awareness campaigns and role models showcasing successful careers in STEM. It will develop a bespoke mentoring programme led by women for female VET learners and provide specialised green guidance training for VET teachers, career guidance officers and trainers to enhance their understanding of green career opportunities and promote female talent for greater inclusion in the net-zero industry.

1) Develop a digital library featuring 35 Green Tech Role Models across Europe 2) Implement a year-long Social Media Awareness Campaign to promote female talent in green tech 3) Design and deliver a CPD Programme to 84 VET professionals providing 24 hours of flexible training on green career guidance 4) Develop the Net Zero Hero Mentoring Toolkit integrating six mentoring approaches using the OECD Green Guidance Model 5) Establish Net Zero Hero Mentoring Circles 6) Host 7 Multiplier Events
