e-DRIVE tackles the European shortage of logistics truck drivers by aligning VET with industry needs through digital, technical, and practical learning. Objectives Establish a framework to bridge the truck logistics skills gap. Strengthen cross-border collaboration via digital, practical micro-courses. Equip VET students with key competences to boost employability. Targets Direct: VET students, trainers, logistics stakeholders. Indirect: Policymakers, accreditation bodies, NGOs, etc.

Over 24 months, e-DRIVE will implement 5 WPs: WP1 Project Management, Evaluation, Quality Assurance & Monitoring; WP2 e-DRIVE Professional Profile: Recognising Technical and Practical Skills in the Logistics Truck Sector through Micro-Credentials; WP3 Development of the e-DRIVE Micro-Courses for Future Logistics Drivers; WP4 Piloting of the e-DRIVE Micro-Courses for Future Logistics Drivers; and WP5 Dissemination, Communication, Exploitation & Sustainability.
▶Impact
e-DRIVE enhances employability by equipping VET students with logistics truck driving skills, strengthening VET-industry collaboration, and raising awareness among policymakers. Coordinated by Sopeña, the Consortium includes 6 institutions from Spain (Sopeña, INCOMA), Greece (4EPKAV), the Netherlands (WAM), Bulgaria (CERCA TROVA), and Lithuania (APRC), experienced in logistics VET training, EU project management, digital education, and micro-credentials.
