▶Objectives
This project aims to help young people plan their careers, develop their digital skills and become more competitive in the labour market. Through innovative educational tools, gamified learning methods and intercultural cooperation, it will support young people to get to know themselves, discover their talents and consciously determine their career path. Furthermore, career guidance will be provided through digital tools, helping young people to adapt to the world of work.
▶Activities
Within the scope of the project, digital platforms, gamified learning modules and mentoring programmes will be developed to guide young people's career planning processes. Workshops, intercultural exchange programmes and training modules will be organised in international cooperation. Face-to-face meetings (F2F), training mobilisations (LTT), local career exploration events and online learning platforms are the main components of the project process.
▶Impact
The project will produce innovative outputs such as Career Compass (digital career guidance tool), SkillHub (digital skills development platform), Global Pathways (international career guidance programme) and Impact Hub (platform for dissemination of project results). Guides, training materials and digital tools for career development of young people will be published on the Erasmus+ results platform for long-term use.
