▶Objectives
The project aims to improve the skills of professionals working with adolescents and young people so that they can effectively increase the resilience and skills of adolescents and young people to tackle some of the most important challenges of this decade: (1) the personal, interpersonal and social consequences of the digital transformation; (2) climate change; and (3) the current crisis of the inclusive society in Europe.
▶Activities
The project will develop 5 skills maps with a library of evaluation and accreditation indicators, linked to operational and accreditable training schemes. These 5 maps will refer to 5 professional profiles: social workers, secondary school teachers, youth workers, second chance educators, social pedagogues of educational centers. They will detail the skills and micro skills needed in each profile to face with young people the three challenges referred to.
▶Impact
The project will provide 5 complete skills maps for five profiles of professionals working with adolescents and young people, aimed at increasing their resilience and competences to deal with the three key areas of the project. The maps have very easy to use tools for assessment and planning of skills training. These maps will be published in a guide that will contain the rest of the material created and very clear instructions for use.
