Objectives

The YouthSOFTPOWER project aims to empower disadvantaged youth by promoting active citizenship, European values, and inclusion. It enhances critical soft skills such as communication, leadership, and empathy, fostering a strong European identity and solidarity. By focusing on Official Development Assistance (ODA) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the project equips youth with the knowledge and tools to advocate for global justice and equality.

Activities

Needs Assessment :Surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement to identify gaps in youth awareness of ODA and SDGs. Development of Training Tools: Creation of an advocacy guide, campaign templates, youth-led podcasts, and a multilingual website. Pilot Testing and Follow-up : Training sessions, bootcamps, and testing activities with youth and educators. Dissemination and Outreach : Online webinars, multiplier events, and a final conference to share project results. Sustainability Strategy.

Impact

The YouthSOFTPOWER project will increase youth awareness and engagement in global issues, enhance soft skills , and foster a stronger sense of inclusion and European identity.
